The 24-year-old Blackpool player has moved to Glanford Park until January 5.
The Algerian was signed by former Blackpool boss Ian Holloway in August, after he worked under the manager at Leicester.
Djeziri has been on the books at Rangers, Boldklubben Frem, Portsmouth, FC Hjxrring, Vejle Boldklub, HB Kxge and Viborg FF.
He is the fourth loan signing made by Laws since his return to the club, following the captures of Steve Mildenhall, Nathan Ellington and Mark McChystal.
Reserve players Matt Godden, Connor Jennings and James Severn have also gone out on loan to free up space in the budget.
But the most significant news of the day was a transfer which did not take place.
Leon Clarke will remain an Iron player for another two weeks, until the conclusion of his loan spell on December 8.
He has struck 11 goals in 14 goals for the club since joining on loan from Charlton, and turned down moves elsewhere in order to see out his Iron spell.
"Charlton have had offers [to take him on loan now and buy him in January], but they are not quite what Leon is looking for, so he will stay with us until December 8 and then return to Charlton," Laws told the club's official website.
"That is a big plus for us and has put a big smile on a few people's faces, in particularly mine."
