Iron boss Brian Laws told BBC Radio Humberside: "Steve Bruce would like to get him some games and I've watched him twice more since our game and I've liked what I've seen.
"He's got the credentials and ability to do well for us. I think it'll be good for him as much as it'll be good for us."
