Ipswich offer Trotter deal

Trotter, who ended the season on loan at Glanford Park and is a transfer target for the Scunthorpe manager Nigel Adkins, held talks with the new Tractor Boys boss Roy Keane this week

"I have had a chat with Liam and we have offered him a new contract. I have told him that I'd like to keep him at the club," said Keane.

He has been offered a two-year deal to stay at Portman Road.
