Peter Swann was officially revealed as the new chairman on Monday, despite Hobson hinting he was going to be announced as chairman at the Club's player of the season awards.
Hobson is under the impression he was made chairman by the outgoing Steve Wharton and has told BBC Radio Humberside that he is ready to call an EGM to battle Swann over the Chairmanship.
