Eight supporters met with club staff at Glanford Park ahead of Saturday's Championship game against Ipswich Town.
Beeby was joined by safety manager Alan Walsh, marketing manager Lesley Warbuton, ticket office manager Joanne Mitchell and hospitality manager Caroline Blanchard.
"The forum is designed to give supporters an opportunity to provide feedback on the club's products and services," said Beeby.
"A number of different subjects were brought up, from ticketing to ground developments. It was good to have the management from the relevant departments at the meeting to hear issues first hand."
Question and answers from the first meeting of the Iron Forum, set up to provide a liason between Scunthorpe United and supporters. Answers were provided by David Beeby, general manager of the club.
Concerns over ticketing system, including individual postage for several tickets when ordered at once. Supporters in the club's member scheme can link their account to family members, meaning only one postage cost needs to be charged. The company who provide the ticketing system are being asked to display the instructions for this more prominently on the website. They are also working on allowing supporters to choose their own seat when ordering tickets.
What are the plans for ground redevelopment? The club have two proposals to redevelop the Doncaster Road End, taking into account rules that the terrace cannot be used for Championship football beyond this season. The first is to install seats, which would reduce the capacity of the stadium by 1,000. The second would extend the stand but maintain the same capacity and cost more than £1million.
Concerns over catering and travel Extension of the executive area would include more kitchen facilities. It is not possible to sell alcohol in the terrace as it cannot be sold in areas overlooking the pitch. A trial of providing coaches to home games was not popular, but the club will look into another trial.
The next meeting of the forum will be ahead of the Championship game against Nottingham Forest on December 11.
