With nine first team players injured or suspended Iron manager Brian Laws will call up youth team members Russell Penn and Marcus Williams to join the substitutes bench.
Laws has been forced into a number of changes for the match, and is likely to recall Jamie McCombe to the starting lineup.
Nathan Stanton will partner him in the middle, with Lee Ridley as left-back and Wayne Graves again asked to deputise at right-back.
There will be two new faces in the Iron midfield - with Paul Groves and Darren Holloway finally making their debuts at the third attempt.
Up front on-loan Rangers striker Steve MacLean will continue to partner Steve Torpey.
