The following day they will meet Ballymena United, of the Northern Irish Premier Division. Three days later they will play Linfield.
The club's annual open day comes on the 21st, with Coventry City coming to Glanford Park three days later on the 24th. Derby County will travel up two days later.
A likley reserve side will be in action at Brigg Town on the 27ths at the Hawthorns, before hosting Grimsby Town on the 30th.
Currently the first team will complete their pre-season with the visit of the Cod'eads, though the youth team will meet Bottesford Town on August 9th.
United still have to finalise three more proposed games, all away from Glanford Park. Non-league sides Grantham Town, Halifax United and Bradford Park Avenue are all set to host the Iron.
