Grant, 21, will spend the next month at the Crown Ground after falling out of the first-team picture at the Iron.
"It's nice to be back. I had four good years here, got my debut at 16 and
obviously the staff have changed but I know Paul Cook and Leam Richardson
and they're both very positive," said Grant.
"That's the reason why I've come here. I'm just looking forward to playing
games and hopefully scoring goals for Accrington again."
Stanley manager Cook was pleased to secure Grant's services on an emergency loan.
"Bobby will be a great asset, with the balance he'll give us on the left
hand side," he said.
"He's been here before and knows the club, he's an attacking player, a goalscorer and will be a threat."
