Despite his success in the first division he has failed to pay ten grand owed to his former agent Mark Steele.
After repeated attempts to get Ipoua to pay up Steele took the case the FIFA, the games worldwide governing body, under new regulations.
Ipoua was unlucky enough to be one of the first cases, and will not be allowed to take part in any organised football worldwide until he pays the bill.
He must also pay costs of £425, as well as a £825 fine.
