Fans confident of survival

A whopping 92.9 per cent of fans who voted said that after the opening two games of the season, a loss to Brentford and win over Barnsley, they were confident of survival this season.

Just 7.1 per cent said that they were not confident of avoiding a quick return to League Two.

It will provide a welcome boost for the side ahead of Saturday's visit of Gillingham, complete with former Iron captain Chris Hope, to Glanford Park.

And it follows an Iron-Bru.net poll earlier in the summer, in which half of voters said they were aiming to reach the play-offs.
