Scunthorpe United today announced the prices for next season, with the prices following a national trend of price hikes.

Fans will now be asked to fork out upto £460 for the best seats in the ground.

Reduced prices are available, as usual, if season tickets are purchased before the end of July.

The following prices are if purchased before July 31st, the first price given is adult and the second concession.

Evening Telegraph Stand: £276, £147.
Country Chef Stand: £239, £129
Don Cass Terrace: £303, £110.
Executive Area: £368, £239

Paying at the gate will also cost more next season. The terrace will be £11 for adults and £6 concessions. £13 and £7 in the Country Chef stand, and £15 and £8 for the Evening Telegraph family stand.

Visiting supporters will be asked to pay £15, and £8 concessions.

"As has been widely reported in the press all Football Clubs will suffer a loss in revenue due to the collapse of ITV Digital and this has placed serve pressure on us all in the future," said the club in a statement on their site.

"It has been necessary to increase our match day charges, which is reflected in the new season ticket prices.

"We are sure that you will fully understand the situation that we and all other clubs find ourselves in."

If, like Iron-Bru.net, these prices are a bit too high we reccomend stewarding. Or try and convince the club to bring back the lil trolley in the Country Chef stand.... good vantagepoint too.
