Shortarse and co ran out of Brunton Park with all three points the Saturday before last, but in the two games since then the Cumbrians have played out two goaless draws.

The draw at Shrewsbury Town has seen them reach the final of the LDV Vans Trophy which will be played on April 06, while a point at Boston United on Saturday has left them just a point above the final relegation spot.

Collins said: "It is a home game and I want to make amends for the defeat against Hull in front of our own fans.

"We have worked hard and proved we can do it in the last two away games."

Carlisle are set to welcome back Lee Maddison to the squad after a pulled hamstring, with Craig Russell struggling with a thigh strain.

For United Mark Jackson has declared himself fit for tonights game, but Jamie McCombe is again unlikley to feature.
