Bye, Bye Brian, Bye, Bye.

The St Kitts & Nevis forward was offered a two year deal to remain at Glanford Park, but asked for long than the allotted deadline to make up his mind.

Iron manager Brian Laws said that he could take longer, but warned that if the club were able to bring in a replacement before he gave them a definate answer the offer would be rescinded.

The capture of 21-year-old forward Paul Wheatcroft from Bolton Wanderers looked to have signalled the end of Quailey's career in North Lincolnshire, and as he went on holiday rather than make a firm decision the door was firmly shut in his face.

In our poll we asked whether the club were right to take away the offer, and in the most comprehensive result ever 90.9% said yes, the club were right.

Only 9.1% felt the club had made an error. Once again, thank you to those who voted.

We have been asked to inform users that the new look away kit is now available in the official club shop at Glanford Park priced at £39 for adults and £33 for juniors. You can purchase them from the ground, or via the club's official website.
