Beags sat out Friday night's goalless draw against Southend, but with Ian Baraclough serving a one match ban is likely to return with Matty Sparrow moving back into the centre of midfield.

Andy Butler remains a doubt, after injuring his ankle in the 2-1 win over Kidderminster. If he proves his fitness, then Iron boss Brian Laws will have to decide whether to drop Cliff Byrne or loan signing Stev Angus.

Veteran midfielder Rob Lee is training with Wycombe, but is ineligible to play.

Steve Guppy will also miss the game, as he is suffering with an Achilles injury.

However, United will have to contend with the guile of veteran striker Steve Claridge as well as new fellow new signing David Perpetuini.

The Choirboys are currently struggling for home form, having won just one of their last four games at the Causeway Stadium.

United comfortably beat the Buckinghamshire outfit 2-0 in October, ending the Wanderers' unbeaten away record with goals from Paul Hayes and Andy Crosby.
