"We will have a young squad this season, but those youngsters will have the benefit of last year's experience to help them become better players.
"I think 21 and 22 is the perfect age for youngsters to develop.
"We showed last season that we are a good footballing side. There was only really Luton who could touch us.
"We have got to show now that we can be solid at the back.
"We have to learn to make the right decisions about where and when we can play our football and where we can't."
