The 6ft 5in striker was brought into the club on the eve of the new season, along with Leeds striker Andy Keogh, as cover for the injured Steve Torpey.
He went straight into the starting lineup for the wins over Rochdale and Cheltenham, but had to settle for a place on the bench for Saturday's 1-1 draw with Oxford.
The Chesire club will also allow Bailey to play in the Carling Cup First Round tie with Nottingham Forest next Wednesday.
